The calculators, results and articles on TDEE Plus are for general information and education. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified health professional.
Results are estimates based on published equations. Individual needs vary, and estimates can differ from your true requirements by several hundred calories a day.
